His professional journey has taken him across continents, having worked for civil construction firms in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Ten years ago, Derek seized the opportunity to transition to adult education and training within the civil construction sector. Since then, his expertise and understanding have flourished exponentially. With an impressive track record, Derek has facilitated the training of over 12,000 adults, imparting a diverse array of skills.
Central to Derek's approach is his fervent passion for connecting people and content, striving to bridge the gap between learners and knowledge.
